How do I track my Epres order?

What is your return policy for beauty products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Are Epres products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All Epres products are 100% vegan and are never tested on animals.
